Since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February, the ruble has crashed. Now 40+ artists are coming jointly to deface Russian currency to assistance increase humanitarian support for Ukraine. Released by a group of creatives and technologists from Goodby Silverstein & Partners, Amplify, and Kairos, the project is repurposing in excess of 100,000 Russian rubles as canvases for planet renowned artists to operate on and offer.
The whole Rubles for Ukraine collection will be unveiled as NFTs on the Solana community and 100% of the proceeds will go to charity. The team also hopes to host a a person-time-only present of all the physical operate and the NFT potential buyers will have the rights to declare every single 1/1 matching physical artwork.
Artworks will be dropped as they arrive on social media, with profits slated to go stay in July.
